From Humanity, Wherever They Are

From Humanity, Wherever They Are
Based on our humanitarian mission to stand by people wherever they are and to alleviate their suffering regardless of the circumstances, our organization launched an urgent relief campaign in Indonesia in response to the disaster caused by the floods that swept through the Sumatra region, resulting in significant damage to Muslim families there.

The campaign aimed to meet the essential needs of those affected by implementing a range of diverse relief projects, including:

Distributing integrated food baskets to families in need

Providing Islamic clothing for men, women, and children

Supplying personal hygiene items to ensure a safe and healthy environment

Establishing a mosque to serve as a center for teaching the Holy Qur’an and the Arabic language, becoming a beacon of knowledge and light for the local community

These efforts were made possible thanks to the support of generous donors, whose contributions played a major role in alleviating the suffering of those affected and restoring hope to their lives.

We believe that humanitarian work knows no boundaries, and that it is our duty to extend a helping hand to every person in need, so that together we can make a difference and build a more compassionate and supportive future.

Food Basket Campaign – Giving that Relieves Hunger and Spreads Security

Food Basket Campaign – Giving that Relieves Hunger and Spreads Security
As part of the efforts of the “From Humanity, Wherever They Are” campaign, the food basket distribution initiative came as a direct and tangible response to the needs of families affected by the flood disaster in Indonesia, where many families lost their sources of income and became unable to secure even the most basic necessities of life.

The organization was keen to provide comprehensive food baskets containing essential items that ensure families’ daily needs, such as rice, oil, sugar, flour, and legumes—sufficient to support a family for a reasonable period and ease their burden during these difficult circumstances.

These baskets were distributed with care, based on a field assessment targeting the most vulnerable families, especially those with children or elderly members, to ensure that aid reaches those who deserve it and achieves the greatest possible impact.

These baskets were not merely food supplies, but a message of hope that restores reassurance to hearts and affirms to those affected that they are not alone, and that there are people standing by their side in their hardship.

From the Rubble, Light is Born

From the Rubble, Light is Born
In the heart of devastation, where communities have lost the most basic necessities of life, the need for a place that brings people together in peace and faith remains just as essential as food and shelter. From this perspective came the initiative to build a mosque using temporary materials (tarpaulins), to serve as a safe haven and a vibrant center for worship and education.

Through this campaign, we aim to establish a simple mosque using available materials in disaster-affected areas, creating a space where prayers are held, the recitation of the Holy Qur’an is taught, and faith-based values are instilled in children and youth.

This mosque is not merely a place of worship, but a heartbeat of life that helps restore balance to the community, giving people a sense of peace and belonging, and bringing them together again after hardships have torn them apart.
